thanks goes out to the maker,or makers of this base. This OC used to be just some random character I called, but now her name is Ignis Nightingale and she going to be the main character in a book I'm going to make so I thought it would be fun to play with some character designs. she's so pretty!! do you use paint on your pc to draw this? it's a amazing I used to draw with paint too :D
